Alice Burr (1883-1968): Blue Purple Floral Art (Signed)

American artist Alice Burr was most well known as a pictorialist, her photography commanding much higher prices than we are asking for other artwork by her.
 
This piece is untitled but it is signed, in pencil in the lower right corner. We do not know when exactly it was created, but it was probably the 1920s-1930s.
 
This piece is not in great condition. Loosely taped to a lightweight mat, it has wrinkles from paper warping over time. There is discoloration on the mat and back of the art.
