Antique Persian School Illuminated Parchment Shi’a Hirz Prayer Scroll

We are seeking input from Auction Houses to confirm its value.
We believe this is an antique Shia’a hirz scroll, with intricate gold and blue and fine calligraphy, from the late 18th or early 19th century. The text is recognized as a fine naskhi script, according to Google, a consistent and even style of Arabic calligraphy.
A hirz is a type of Islamic amulet or talisman containing specific Qur’anic verses, zikrs (remembrances of God), and supplications recited or carried in written form to offer protection against harm or misfortune.
It is one of two passed down from our grandparents to our mother and then to us. The other is in very bad condition – warped and torn and taped. This one, though fragile, is in much better condition. It does however have a notch missing in one place, some folds and curling from poor storage as shown in photos.
