Antique Thai Brass Temple Bells (Set of 3)

$50.00Price

These handcrafted bells feature images of the Buddha meditating and an elephant who may represent Ganesha with floral motifs between them on the body of the bell, and images of what we presume is a naga on the four pointed handle. We believe these date back to the late 1800s or early 1900s.

We believe these are Thai but similar ones appear online labeled as Tibetan and Hindu. We leave it to a buyer to do more research if so inclined.

These are tarnished and in need of a good polishing. The largest one has a crack through one panel of the Buddha. All three have rusty wire clapper holders and two have rusty wire hanging strips.

Height ranges from 2 1/2”- 4 3/4”, diameter from 1 1/8”-2 1/2”.

Together, they weigh 13.62 oz (386g).
