Blue-Green-Mustard Patterned Pedestal Plate/Bowl, 7 3/8" Wide

We have been unable to identify the source or age of this patterned raised glazed stoneware piece. You can see some bubbles especially along one side of the rim, and pacers for three feet left unglazed stacking marks in the mirror, or bowl, of the plate. There is a natural hole in the base, stain on the bottom side, residue from the plate below in the kiln.
