Dark Blue and Cream Hand Designed Vase 6.5" Tall

We previously thought this was a sake bottle from Japan, but we've been unable to find anything similar online. We love it but it does have glazing marks and hardened white spill marks which we believe came with it. 
 
H 6 1/2" x Diameter on bottom 3 3/8". Very narrow mouth of 3/4".
