The poster appears made from a picture of another poster, with lines where the original poster may have been folded. As you can see in photos, it looks as if it was folded, but there are no such lines or stains on the back of the poster.

 

The stamp to the left of the image reads ‘Lithograph Adoph Friedlander Hamberg’ with the number 6158. The original artwork dates back to 1913-1914.

 

Adolph Friedlander (1851-1904) was a poster lithographer and publisher in Hamburg, Germany, who found his niche catering to circus acts, artists, magicians, and vaudeville performers, according to Wikipedia.
