Gold Tone Flexible Coil Cuff with Empty Bells on Ends 7.5”

This bright bracelet features two loops on the ends with little bell-shaped attachments. The bells do not tinkle though, nothing inside to make them. There are no markings on this item, and we can confirm it is not made of gold.
 
We found this in our grandmother’s vintage jewelry collection. We do not know where or when she acquired it.
 
It is in excellent condition.
 
Circumference inside band 7 1/2” but can be made smaller or larger.
