‘I’m a San Francisco Hippie’ Puppet, 1972

While the tag on our puppet has washed out, we found two others online, both on Worthpoint, one showing a tag with the name as above, created by The Puppet Factory, Palo Alto, CA in 1972.
 
Ours is in very good condition for its age, the  face just a bit smooshed when laid flat due to the way it was kept in storage for decades. 
 
While others are asking $ 75 and up, we are happy just to find this fellow a home where someone might actually use him!
