Kata Proctor: de Rosn’s Peacocks (12” x 9”)

This piece is signed and dated both on the mat frame and on the original artwork on what appears to be rice paper inside. It is not dated and we do not know where our mother might have picked this piece up.
 
We are guessing on the artist’s name which could also be Kate Prictr or some variation thereabouts. (Artists, learn to write clearly!)
 
It is in excellent condition, no need to remount!
