Saint Christopher, Patron Saint of Travel, Medal with Classic Car

This irregular octagon-shaped tiny French sterling silver pendant features Saint Christopher as a strong bearded giant, carrying the Christ Child on his shoulder across a river with staff in hand. This side is enameled in dark blue, light blue and gold, raised above the surface.
 
On the other side is a classic car set in front of a rural scene with a church steeple jutting out from the above the foilage. This side is layered within a glossy coat, which the camera could not quite catch. In tiny text at an angle on the left is the word FRANCE, and on the right STERLING.
 
We believe this was produced in the 1950s, based on similar items found online.
