Slim Vintage Brass or Gold Tone Metal Cuff Bracelet, 6.5”

This simple band is rigid but has a 1” opening. We are not sure if it is brass or made of other gold tone metal. 
 
We found this cuff in our grandmother’s vintage jewelry collection. There is no maker’s mark or other indication of where or when it was bought.
 
It does have some scratches (barely visible) and a discoloration on one side (visible). Please see photos.
