This poster may be part of a set as after the title is states ‘Oaksprings / Triad’. We could not find this image or any similar ones that might be part of a set online.
 
Marcus Uzilevsky (1937 - 2015) was an illustrator and artist, as well as a musician, performing as Rusty Evans) with the likes of Bob Dylan. 
 
His posters often command much higher prices but ours is not in the best of condition, appearing to have been partly crushed while rolled with the telltale signs on sections of the poster. The back also has tape on it, probably used to hold rolled posters together. A collector might want to spend some time flattening it out. See photos.
