Speckled Earth Tone Plate by Randall R Bruce, 1980s, 7 7/8" Wide

This cream and light brown shaded plate has unique natural imperfections. The signature on the base matches one we found online for Randall R Bruce, a Californian ceramicist, who created similar simple pieces in the 1980s before going bigger and bolder. The plate is heaver than expected at first glance. We do not believe it was every used.
