Translucent All Glass Purple Maroon Heart Pendant with Braided Tube Strap 44”

With T clasp. This may have been modeled after the Baccarat crystal heart pendant "Coeur à la Folie", but we think it predates the Baccarat version and is made of glass given the texture of the pendant. We could find nothing online with both the same heart shape and a glass pendant bail, or loop, through which one attaches it to a necklace. 
 
The strap has some stains so it needs to be washed or replaced. See photos.
