Translucent Vintage Black and White Screw Back Earrings

These were part of our grandmother’s costume jewelry collection. We do not know when or where they were originally purchased. They appear to be made of plastic with a black base causing different reflections as you turn the earrings. There is no maker's mark. They are in good condition but for the clips which are a bit bent out of shape but still close firmly.
 
These hang even with the lobe. H 3/4” x L 5/8” x D 3/8”
