Vintage Art Studio Egg or Sake Cups (Set of 4)

This set of stoneware cups were used as egg cups in our family, but also match the shape for sake cups. The double gloss includes art elements that rise above the surface of the base glaze. Spotting in the mirrors, or bowls, of the cups appears to be glaze not stains from use. There are no visible chips or cracks.
 
Where these were bought or when is unknown, but we’ve had them in our family since the 1970s.
 
H 3 1/2” x D 1 3/4” with some variation between cups.
4 oz each approximately.
