Vintage ‘Bone’ Bead and Pendant Necklace 24”

We were told these were plastic beads but we suspect they may be bone based on our online research and the texture and rough edges of some beads. Either way, it is a unique piece, only one similar smaller one found online. The beads range in tone from cream to tan, with natural imperfections. The single strand from the neck ends in silver tone caps that connect six strands of smaller tube like beads which enclose a characterful circular pendant. On one side six rings encircle the six strands, the lower one with a rough edge. 
 
This necklace was found with costume jewelry pieces inherited from our grandmother, date and place acquired unknown.
