Vintage Double Strand Malachite Nugget Green Stone Necklace 19”

This necklace features tightly packed double strands of malachite and marble-like semi-translucent green stones which we believe are jadeite, and an interesting push ball clasp as shown in photos. The spacers are believed to be a metal other than silver as we see no markings. They may be brass.
 
This piece comes from our grandmother’s vintage jewelry collection. We have no idea where or when she got the necklace. It is in very good condition although some of the spacers could use a polishing if you do not like the patina.
