Vintage Red-Pink Floral Apron with Scalloped Hem and Pocket

Note: The base color of this apron changes from red in light to a dark pink in less light... we did our best to capture both colors in photos!

We were unable to identify how old this piece is, no labels inside and no matches found online. We know it predates the 1970s however as we remember our mother wearing it at that time. 
 
It is in very good vintage condition. We see no stains or holes. The only defect appears to be the crumpled up straps, which just need ironing.
 
Approx. 31” long from neck to bottom hem. Top is approx. 11 1/2” side to side.
