Vintage Leaf-Shaped Silver Tone Tie Pin or Brooch

This is made of a silver tone metal, not silver, as confirmed by a home acid test. We found nothing similar online. It does have some patina and barely noticeable scratch marks from polishing.
 
It was found in our grandmother’s jewelry collection and may have belonged to either her or our grandfather.
