Vintage Miniature Thai Klong Jar / Small Vase with Dragons, 1980s

This dark rust and cream glazed clay jar features two dragons and floral patterns. It is modeled after the traditional ‘klong jar’ which was a much larger jar filled with water for passerbys to drink from, used for washing by hand held bucket, or just used for storage of water. We believe they are from Ratchaburi, Thailand.
 
We believe this was made in Ratchaburi, Thailand, and purchased in the early 1980s. This was pulled out of a box unopened in decades, wrapped in newspaper dated July 1984 and marked from Kiatipoom, which may have been a friend or a ceramic shop. We were unable to find any references to Kiatipoom online that were relevant. The Thai language on the base is being investigated.
 
It is in excellent condition, only a few glazing issues in one section as shown in photos.
