Vintage ‘Quality Vogue’ Foldable Wood Luggage Rack/Side Table (With Cracks)

There is a chip missing next to one lower leg peg and a crack in the wood on the other leg on the same side as shown in pictures. We also see some of the U pins holding the straps in place have ripped out. We would not, therefore, suggest using this for heavy luggage. Hence, an alternative idea is shown in photos: using it as a side table tray holder… (tray not included).
 
The straps appear to be vinyl topped cloth in a brown color, with avocado cloth underneath. The legs appear hand carved with lines running down the sides of each. In addition to the above mentioned damage, the legs have notches on them and there is another crack underneath one of the side pieces as shown in the photo of the ‘Quality Vogue’ sticker.
 
The art deco logo sticker reads Quality Vogue Special Furniture, Vogue Mfg. Co., Fort Wayne, IND. We were unable to learn more about the company or the approximate time of this product.
