Vintage Rhinestone Costume Jewelry Parrot Pin or Brooch

This glittering colorful blue-green-red-gold piece is believed to have been designed by ‘Giorgio’, a trademark that lasted only a short while in the early 1980s (not to be confused with Giorgio Beverly Hills), according to Jewellery Kaleidoscope, which added that signed pieces are rare. 
 
There are several of these available online, most priced from $ 20-50. We just want to find ours a good home. It came to us from an American expatriate couple who were retiring and letting go of a few things.
