Vintage Seven Silver Tone Bar Choker 14”

This unique choker features four 2” long silver tone bars and three 2” long slightly darker bars with a brass or gold tint that saves its gleam for specific lighting. We found nothing like it online. The bars tested negative for silver using a home acid test. The clasp has dark tarnishing and could not be polished so we know it is not silver.
 
This piece was found in our grandmother’s vintage jewelry collection. It has no markings so we do not know when or where it was acquired. It is in good condition except for the older clasp, and there is one stain on one of the tubes. See photos.
