Vintage Silver Tone Cuff with Inlaid Brass Accent Panel, 6”

Warning: If planning to wear this, please make sure your wrist size is 6” or less. The cuff is rigid.
 
This piece is marked ME or NE on the inside of the band but we were unable to identify the designer. 
 
We found this silver cuff in our grandmother’s vintage jewelry collection. We do not know where or when she acquired it.
 
We do not believe it is silver. It needs some professional polishing but is otherwise in excellent condition with only very minor soft scratches given its age and use.
