Vintage Silver Tone Dimpled Bauble Screw Back Earrings

These are silver tone costume jewelry pieces inherited from our grandmother, date and place acquired unknown but we suspect she bought them in Mexico, one of her favorite travel destinations. On the back of one, is a maker’s mark but we cannot read it clearly and found nothing similar online. We believe it says: ATOYZS J.Z HECHO.
 
Both are in good condition and appear to each have a dimple, suggesting this is a feature not an imperfection. That would so be like our grandmother who appreciated the quirky. These tested negative for silver using the acid test.
 
These sit just above the lobe, each H 3/4” x L 3/4” x W 1/4”.
