Vintage Silver Tone Two Tier Screw Back Earrings

These come from our grandmother’s vintage costume jewelry collection. They have no maker’s mark and tested negative for silver using the acid test. The hoops are hollow with a hole in the bottom of each.
 
They sit 3/4” below the lobe, H 1 3/8” x L 7/8” x D 1/4”.
