Listing this just in case there is a collector who wants it. We have no idea if it works and found near zero information about it online. 
 
The base includes a sticker reading Standard Model SR-EX72 / Hi Fi Adaptor / Voice Coil Impedance 8Ω / Standard Radio Co., Ltd. / Made in Japan / MD-1555.
