Winona Wenzlick Sands (1907-2002): Harbor Americana (Copy)
We were unable to identify where this harbor overlooked by a Union Station or other building was located, but we love the image of the green sails, American flags, and the youngers hanging out on the pier.
This is a high quality color copy of the original, which we believe is in the exhibits at the California Historical Society along with many of Winona Wenzlick Sands’ travel sketches. This piece came from an exhibit held after her passing at The Heritage in San Francisco. It is in excellent condition.
