Winona Wenzlick Sands (1907-2002): House in the Woods

This is a beautiful sketch by our grandmother, Winona Wenzlick Sands, believed to be of the Searby’s House in the woods, although not titled. It is signed WWS, date and title not included.
She would have drawn this anytime from the 1936 (when she took the name Sands in marriage) through the 1970s. 
 
The artwork is damaged on half a large folded over piece of paper, the inside with scribbles, perhaps by one of her children. It is old paper and there are some creases but we thought someone might like it.
